Information on the 2020-21 provision will be available on the college website from May/June 2020.
Students must ensure they have their college coach bus pass printed at the bottom of their student ID card. Students will not be allowed entry on to the college coach without a pass. All students must have their lanyard / college ID card whilst at college, if you have lost yours you must buy a new one from Deanfield Reception (£3.00) or you will not be allowed on site.

2019/20 College Coach Arrangements
Please telephone 01491 634006 to check availability routes before submitting an online college coach application or making a payment.
Please note that college coach access is offered on a first come, first served basis and is subject to seat availability and sufficient sales to ensure the route's viability. As such please order your coach pass as soon as possible to secure your seat and establish the route’s viability.
Please note: once payment has been received the student has agreed to the terms and conditions of travelling on the college coach. T&Cs can be viewed from the online application form or from the download section below.
The cost of the college coach: for sales after 1 September 2019 the cost is £920, which can be paid in full or in two instalments (including a £20 administration fee). If you would like to pay in instalments, the first payment of £525 will need to be paid to secure your seat on the coach and a second payment of £415 will need to be made by the 30 November 2019.
Students requiring financial assistance with their travel costs may be eligible for a bursary. Please visit the Bursary Fund page for further information.
SEN and EHCP students
Students should apply for transport assistance through their local county council. Official documentation from your local authority indicating that the county council will fund the cost of the college-run coach needs to be submitted before completing an online application.
