Intermediate Apprenticeship in Professional   Cookery - Level 2  

The Intermediate Apprenticeship is for people who work or want to work as a Chef in the hospitality and catering industry. You will work under supervision and either have some basic skills and experience as a Chef or have a passion for cooking. You will gain a high standard of cookery skills and learn other workplace essentials such as health and safety. The apprentice will gain a formal qualification and increase their skills so they can take on a more senior role.

The Level 2 will take approximately 12 months to complete. To complete the Apprenticeship, apprentices spend one day a month at college and have regular work based assessments.

Advanced Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery - Level 3 

The Advanced Apprenticeship is for those who have worked as a Chef for some time and have plenty of experience. The apprentice may already be supervising others and want to develop their skills so they can progress to working as a Senior Chef or a Restaurant         Manager.

The Level 3 will take approximately 12 months to complete. To complete the Apprenticeship, apprentices spend one day a month at college and have regular work based assessments.
